Returns will be accepted for any item that doesn’t meet your full satisfaction.
Returns will only be accepted within five business days after customer receipt.
Refunds are for the cost of the merchandise and applicable sales tax only. Return shipping charges are not refundable.
The following items are NOT returnable:
• Special order items - including all mascots
• Bulk order items (10 or more)
• Props that require special delivery
• Partial party kits
• Disposable helium tanks
• Any item that has been worn, used or altered
The following items are returnable ONLY when in the original, unopened factory-sealed packaging:
• Undergarments, socks and stockings
• Shoes & boots (This does not apply to shoe covers, boot tops, or costume shoes designed for indoor use only or one time wear. These are not returnable.)
• CD's and DVD's
• Wigs, beards, facial hair or any other artificial hair including hair pieces, hair clips/extensions, headbands, barrettes, hair accessories, and hats with attached hair
• Prosthetics, fangs or any other fake teeth
• Cosmetics
• Party supplies
Any item that has been used, worn, altered, is missing items, or is without the original packaging or garment tag, will NOT be accepted for return. Please double-check to make sure you've included all pieces and packaging before returning anything.
There will be a minimum 15% restocking fee for returned items that fall outside our normal return guidelines, including unauthorized refusal of packages.
There will be a minimum 15% restocking fee if more than two of a single item is ordered and returned.
